01. Complaints and comments regarding the operation of the Pozitif online store:

Consumers can file complaints, objections, and remarks (for products purchased online) by:

● Sending them to the email address: pozitifbrand.shop@gmail.com

● Calling the phone number: +381692461997 during business hours (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM)

● Sending regular mail to the address: Dušan Petrović, PR FOTOGRAFSKE USLUGE STUDIO 22 BEOGRAD, Višnjička 59b, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia

The seller will confirm receipt of the complaint within one business day. Within 8 days of receiving the complaint, the seller will inform the consumer of the decision (whether the consumer’s complaint regarding the conformity of the product is accepted or rejected) via written or electronic communication. The seller will also inform the consumer of the possible resolution method in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (refund, appropriate price reduction, exchange, or repair of the product).

The complaint will be resolved within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The return period for goods is 30 days from the date of purchase. The seller will do everything in their power to resolve the dispute, aiming to eliminate any defects in the product.
