The general terms and conditions for the operation of the Pozitif online store are determined by the terms of purchase and sale of products, carried out by the Pozitif trading company (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”. The general terms of business for the online store are further detailed by categories that you can access by clicking on the desired category, all in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the international electronic business code. The general terms and conditions define the activities of the online store, user rights, and the business relationship between the seller and the consumer. The online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to consumers. It is operated by Pozitif Trading Company. A user is an individual who uses the system, or a consumer in the online store. The Pozitif online store allows you to use the services and content of its website, which is subject to the Terms of Use outlined below. These Terms of Use apply to all content and services on the website www.pozitif.shop. By using any part of the website, users are considered to have read and accepted these terms, as well as the use of the content of this site solely for personal use and at their own risk. 02. ORDERING PROCESS

You can place an order by selecting the color and size by clicking on the squares where the sizes and colors are listed. Then, click the “Add to Cart” button, and the website will guide you through the intuitive ordering process. 03. DELIVERY METHOD

The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Consumer as follows: By sending the goods via courier service (PostExpress), shipping costs will be charged according to the courier service’s price list. The customer will be notified by phone about the delivery time by the courier service. On the day of delivery, the customer will receive a message from the courier service and can expect the package during the day. The delivery period starts from the first working day after the order is placed. For goods purchased through the online store, the shipping period is 2-3 business days from the day the consumer’s order is received, provided the product is available. Please understand that delivery may be delayed during promotional periods and seasonal sales due to external service providers. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If all items are available, they will be shipped. After checking availability, if an item is unavailable, you will receive an email notification about its status. Delivery is available to all countries worldwide.

04. PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose from the following payment options:

● Cash on delivery (only for orders within Serbia)

● Credit/debit card payment during the checkout process on the website

Cash on Delivery

When receiving your shipment within Serbia, which you previously ordered through our website www.pozitif.shop, the payment must be made exclusively in cash in dinars directly to the courier of our partner courier service, PostExpress, who delivers your package.

Credit/Debit Card Payment

You can pay for your order using a Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex, or Maestro credit/debit card. The card must be approved by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payments. When placing an order online, by selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to a secure page for this type of payment. The payment security is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Raiffeisen Bank AD Belgrade, and the entire payment process is handled on the bank’s pages. At no point are your payment card details accessible to our system.

05. PRICES IN THE POZITIF ONLINE STORE

All prices are listed in dinars or euros. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to customers unless otherwise stated (in cases of promotions or special discounts). Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and remain valid for the subsequent period.
